Health Professionals Alliance is a national healthcare company that offers a solution-based platform for private Physician and Dental practices to access services, financial, analytics and consulting expertise.

Among our many service offerings, we provide our members access to a fee-only, independent wealth management firm primarily serving accomplished dentists and physicians across the country. 

Over the last half century, we have built an impressive coalition of medical service specialists and relationships within the healthcare industry with a mission to advance private practices. Our goal is to equip your practice with all the tools necessary to stay independent, profitable and build value while maintaining control over the quality of care your patients depend on.

What to Expect

PHASE 1: WE ORGANIZE

The First 3 Months: We’ll take the time to get to know you: where you are now and where you want to go.
This first phase lays the foundation for the entire relationship. We’ll be talking often and making a lot of intense progress.

PHASE 2: WE PLAN

The First Year: Once we can see the whole picture, we’ll build a plan that works for you.
This is where the rubber meets the road. During this phase, we’ll design a customized plan for your savings, investments, and debt.

PHASE 3: WE MANAGE

Year Two, Onward: Once your initial plan is in place, we’ll find opportunities to improve and optimize.”
This is the fun part. You’ll feel the momentum as we start building towards financial independence and reaching your big dreams.

For over ten years Jeff has been a regular speaker for various business, medical and dental group events. His mission with his firm has been to build a firm that becomes a renowned destination of ideas, insights, and intelligence that enables business owners, doctors, and their families to make better decisions about their future. Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as spending time outdoors near his home in Bend, OR.

As a fee-only fiduciary, our only compensation comes from the fees our clients pay us in exchange for our advice and services. This frees us up to put your best interests first and make recommendations based on what makes the most sense for your personal situation.

We are only paid for our advice and services. Unlike most firms, we don’t receive sales commissions and kick-backs from the investments we recommend. As a fee-only fiduciary, our only compensation comes from the fees our clients pay us in exchange for our advice and services. The fee for our Wealth Management services (investment management + comprehensive financial planning) is calculated as a percentage of the total assets that we manage. For non-HPA Members, the minimum annual financial planning fee is $12,500 and is billed at the beginning of each quarter in the amount of $3,125. HPA Members receive a 20% discount on our normal fee schedule and a reduced minimum fee of $10,000 per year ($2,500 quarterly).

Because of this minimum, our services tend to make the most sense for clients who have already accumulated $1,000,000 or more in investable assets.
