The Mainstay model is designed to empower ambitious dentists wishing to own multiple practices. We call these Mainstay Doctors.

We bring the power of a unique support system to the independent dental community who need solutions but don’t want to surrender their autonomy and ownership into a corporately controlled model.

We offer optimization to the traditional DPO/DSO structure to both Mainstay doctors and selling doctors, Cornerstone Doctors, that delivers solutions that are focused on the doctors’ best interests.

We bring buyers and sellers together

HPA works with dentists looking to expand their practice footprint. Since we serve both purchasing and selling dental practices, we work with you to identify the right dental practices looking to sell.

We qualify acquisition targets and assist you through the entire due diligence process until closing.

Once the acquisition is complete, we provide ongoing support to you and the acquired practice to centralize and optimize various aspects of your enterprise as you grow.
